“Ask yourself a question…” are inspirational cards designed by Quiet Potential.

The purpose of the cards is to trigger self-reflection and spark the curiosity of “what if…”. The cards can be a great reminder to question some decisions and adjust life based on a deeper reflection.

In a busy lifestyle, we don’t have much time to just sit down and reflect on our life decisions and everyday behaviours.  Give yourself a 5 min break and draw a card from the pile. Think about the question for a moment and optionally record the answer at the back of the card.
