What is my Life Coaching about?

It’s all about you getting the best out of being yourself.

It’s all about you shaking off the stress from everyday life and relaxing into the life that you want to live

It’s all about a potential you have inside which is just waiting to be awakened and to break free.

It is NOT about faking it but about getting out of your comfort zone, get free of limiting beliefs and thoughts and be the best you can be.

It is NOT about me giving you advice on what to do or how to behave. I’m here just to open your eyes to new possibilities, different options, and to get out of your safe box of old habits. I’m here to ask questions, sometimes difficult and uncomfortable questions, but these are needed to move you forward.

It’s about taking a small step back to see the bigger picture and to become a student again. To learn about yourself, your inner power, your possibilities and potential and use it practically in your life.

I believe that you are the best expert in your life and you know what is best for you. Sometimes we simply need a different perspective to be shown this.

Your quiet potential is waiting to be discovered.

As your coach, my role is to be non-critical and non-judgmental and to guide you to recognize your own personal potential.

What is my mission?

  • I want you to understand that rest is an essential part of your day. This relaxes your body and mind but also gives you a moment to reflect on your life to be able to make positive changes and adjustments. It helps relieve stress, refresh your mind and boosts creativity and productivity.
  • I would like to help you to get off your hamster wheel for a moment, open yourself to possibilities and spark your curiosity of what else is out there for you and how you can grow.
  • I want to help you to recognise what stress does to your body and mind, work together on strategies to cope with it and live a more relaxed life
  • I would like to encourage you to see life differently, show you how to grow and discover your potential by taking deliberate breaks.

What I expect from you?

I want you to open yourself to new possibilities and discoveries, be adventurous and to allow yourself to dream big and think outside of the box.

I would like you to feel comfortable, relaxed and trust my approach to making positive changes in your life.

I need your trust, honesty and commitment to put the things we discuss into action.

Life Coaching is not therapy or counseling.

Therapy and counseling deal with a single or specific problem by looking to the past. Life coaching takes a more holistic approach and looks at the present and sets goals for a successful future. It deals with a whole life situation starting from the present. The coach helps each client to identify what they want in life and work on strategies and tactics that will take the client from ‘where they are now’ to ‘where they want to be’. This process is a part of client’s personal growth.

A Life Coach gives people confidence and the ability to move forward in a positive manner in the areas of their life where they feel they need change.

The role of a Life Coach is to break down the barriers that prevent this change from happening and create the ideal environment for positive action to take place.

As a Professional Coach accredited by ICF (The International Coach Federation) I follow their Code of Ethics.
